“I love going to work everyday and making a difference. It makes me so happy to see my client’s go from having no way of communicating to using full sentences. There is no better feeling than knowing you’ve made a huge difference in someone’s life.”
Kristen S., BCBA, on working at NBA
“One of the most rewarding aspects of my job is seeing families and their children succeed. Starting from intensive home based services, moving to community based services, then graduating from high school. That, to me, is success.”
Kim K, LMHC., on working at NBA
“In the last 5 years, my daughter has had 9 different workers through various agencies due to the fact that the is very aggressive and can be hard to handle. Then, we met our staff. She never looses patience and actually laugh’s when my daughter was at her worst. I have confidence that when she says “I’ll be back tomorrow!” she means it- which is a big improvement in our household.”
“NBA has progressed into doing wonderful work for people all over New England and it is rewarding to be a part of this experience. I give my heartfelt wishes that families in need turn to this company to help them as much as they have helped others.”
Jess C., Marketing, shares her thoughts
